By using any service provided by Xplicit Shipping, the customer enters into a legally binding agreement and accepts all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
Failure to read these Terms does not exempt the customer from compliance.
The customer agrees that:
All information provided is accurate and truthful
The declared value of items is honest and verifiable
They are the legal owner or authorized purchaser of all items shipped
β οΈ Any false declaration may result in:
Immediate suspension of service
Seizure of packages
Reporting to customs authorities
Xplicit Shipping is NOT liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage of packages
Delays in shipping or delivery
Indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost business, missed deadlines)
Maximum liability, if accepted, is:
π NO MORE THAN THE SHIPPING COST PAID
NOT the value of the item.
For items valued over USD $100:
Customers MUST declare accurate value
Proof of purchase may be required
Xplicit Shipping reserves the right to:
Refuse shipment
Hold items for verification
Adjust declared value
β οΈ Undervaluation = customer assumes 100% risk
By using our services, the customer agrees:
NOT to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after service is rendered
All payments are final once shipment processing begins
If a chargeback is initiated:
The customer will be blacklisted permanently
Any packages in possession will be held or confiscated
Legal action may be pursued to recover losses
All payments made to Xplicit Shipping are:
π NON-REFUNDABLE once:
Shipment is processed
Online purchase is completed
Package is received at warehouse
Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Xplicit Shipping.
Xplicit Shipping acts as a logistics intermediary only.
We are NOT responsible for:
Seller mistakes
Fake or defective items
Wrong sizes, colors, or products
Vendor delays or cancellations
All disputes must be handled between customer and vendor.
All packages are received and shipped:

We do NOT:
Open packages (unless required)
Inspect internal contents
Guarantee item condition
Items such as:
Phones
TVs
Glass
Appliances
Liquids
Are shipped:
π 100% AT CUSTOMERβS RISK
No compensation will be provided for damage.
Xplicit Shipping is not liable for delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Airline issues
Weather conditions
Government regulations
Third-party couriers
Delivery timelines are estimates only, NOT guarantees.
Once a package is:
Delivered
Signed for
Handed to Knutsford / Zipmail / third-party courier
π LIABILITY IS TRANSFERRED TO THE CUSTOMER
Packages must be collected within 7 days
Storage fees apply after that
After 30 days:
π Package is considered abandoned
Xplicit Shipping has the right to:
Sell
Dispose
Auction
To recover costs.
If prohibited items are discovered:
They will be confiscated immediately
No refund will be issued
Authorities may be notified
Customer bears full legal responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for:
Duties
Taxes
Customs penalties
Xplicit Shipping has zero control over customs decisions.
Xplicit Shipping reserves the right to:
Refuse any shipment
Deny service to any customer
Cancel accounts without explanation
Especially in cases of:
Fraud
Abuse
Suspicious activity
Rewards apply only after completed shipment
Store credits are non-transferable and non-cashable
Abuse of referral system = account suspension
Xplicit Shipping is not liable for failure or delay due to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Government actions
Strikes
Any event beyond our control
This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
Any disputes shall be resolved within Jamaican courts.
By using our services, the customer:
β Waives the right to dispute these terms
β Accepts all risks associated with shipping
β Agrees to full compliance
Xplicit Shipping operates with strict policies to ensure fairness, efficiency, and protection of operations.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse our services will result in:
π Immediate termination
π Loss of access to shipments
π Possible legal action
